Our company focuses exclusively on development projects in the field of conversion of attic spaces into residential units and related reconstruction of apartment buildings in the center and wider center of Prague. It ranks among the first developers on the Czech market specializing in the sale and construction of attic apartments. The implementation of the first projects took place already in 1997 under the company PÚDNÍ BYTY ONDRUŠ, which transformed into PRAŽSKÉ PÚDY s.r.o. In 2013, we founded the current form of the company PÚDNÍ BYTY s.r.o.
With permanent suppliers, we have successfully implemented more than five dozen projects (see references) and our great currency is primarily experience in this area and construction technology. Our construction companies and architects are specialized in attic projects. We build apartments in the form of a reinforced concrete structure, they have bricked partitions and sufficient insulation, which ensures incomparable living comfort, unlike constructions based on plasterboard installation in the original roof.

Main activities of the company
The essence of our activity is the comprehensive provision of construction and sale of apartments, which means:
Procurement of premises – selection, negotiations with owners of apartment buildings and conclusion of construction contracts.
Project documentation – preparation of the study, consultation with state administration bodies, processing of project documentation.
Building permit – submission and discussion with the building authority, ensuring the issuance of status. authorization.
Realization of the construction – construction according to the approved project documentation, realization of works connected with attic construction.
Approval – submission of an application for the initiation of approval proceedings, approval of the completed work.
Sale of flats – sale of flats or transfer of their ownership to clients for whom we custom-built apartments.
Most of our apartments are reserved for a specific client already before construction or at the very beginning of construction. In this case, the customer has the opportunity to coordinate the completion of the construction of the apartment completely according to his wishes, e.g. adjust the size and layout of the apartment, interior equipment, use of materials, etc.
We emphasize the quality of construction work and a personal approach, so that the customer is fully satisfied when the apartment is finished. The number of successfully completed projects and satisfied clients are proof and a calling card of our approach to obligations arising from concluded agreements.
